How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer a range of shipping options, from free U.S. ground shipping on orders $50+ to expedited 1-day delivery, so timing depends on the method of delivery selected and destination address. Please see our SHIPPING & RETURNS page for more information.

Kindly note, orders are processed at our warehouse Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) up to 7 business days from when the order was placed. Please take this into consideration when selecting expedited shipping options.

Delivery timeframes can be delayed for weekend orders, peak sale times, and public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?

Unfortunately, we're not able to change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct shipping information is entered during checkout. If you're in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you discover an error immediately after placing your order, please reach out to us via the contact form and we'll do our best to help correct the error.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your package has been stuck in transit for longer than expected, please contact us so we can try to assist with locating the package.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. Having this package resent to the correct address will incur additional shipping fees.

What if you are unable to send an item I have ordered?

In the rare instance that we're unable to supply an item on your order, rather than delay everything we'll send all other items and provide a refund for the value of the out of stock item. You'll be notified of this via email and we'll let you know the date that the item will be back in stock.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You should receive an order confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order. If you don't see the email, please check your SPAM or junk folder.

I have been sent an incorrect item/there is something missing?

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please email the following information to as soon as possible and we'll guide you through the replacement process.

  • The item you ordered
  • The incorrect item you received
