We want you to be completely satisfied with your Andalou.com order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at usa@andalou.com within 30 days from your purchase date. 

Only purchases from Andalou.com may be accepted. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy. 

Andalou Naturals monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
