For dry/combo sensitive skin, may we suggest our 1000 Roses line specially formulated for delicate, sensitive, reactive, over-exposed and even acne-prone skin, regardless if skin is also oily, dry or normal/combination. Sensitivity/reactiveness is primary here. Our personal care products (Non-OTC) such as our cleansers and non-SPF moisturizers don't have expiration dates, only our sunscreens and our blemish gel (OTC) do. Our Non-OTC products have a shelf life and a best used by time frame, however.

Guide for determining the manufactured date, shelf life and expiration date of our products:

1) Determine if the product is Non-OTC or OTC:
Non-OTC (aka, cosmetic - cleansers, toners, masks, scrubs, peels, serums, face oils, non-SPF moisturizers, eye creams, lip balms, Dermal Filler, body and hair care products)
OTC (aka, over the counter - our sunscreens and our Blemish Vanishing Gel only)

***Example: Our facial sheet masks are cosmetic (non-OTC)

2) Locate the lot code printed/imprinted on the primary packaging (tube crimp, jar bottom, back of label, back of Beauty2Go pod, etc.).

The date of manufacture for our cosmetic & personal care products is indicated in the alpha-numeric lot code printed on all products, using the format YMBB:

Y = Last Digit of the Year of Manufacture
M = Alpha Character Representing Month of Manufacture (see table below)
BB = Numeric Batch Code

A = January D = April G = July K = October
B= February E = May H = August L = November
C = March F = June J = September M = December
NOTE: “I” is skipped as it looks like numeral “1”

***Example: lot code “0D46” indicates the product was manufactured in April 2020 and is the 46th batch manufactured.

The US FDA does not require expiration dates for cosmetic (Non-OTC) products. In general, our cosmetic products can be expected to have a minimum shelf life of two (2) years from date of manufacture when unopened in the original container. Our cosmetic products use the “open jar” symbol found on the packaging with a specified number of months (Example:) to indicate the period of time after opening for which the product can be expected to safely be used.

If the product is an over-the-counter (OTC) drug product (Sunscreens & Blemish Vanishing Gel), the expiration date will be present on the primary package as well as the unit carton in a Month / Year format.
