3 Ways to Incorporate Oils into your Routine
During the warmer summer months your skin tends to produce more oil, leaving you with a natural, dewy glow. However, during colder months the opposite occurs, often leaving your skin dull and dry.
Adding oils into your skincare routine is an easy way to help your skin retain it's natural moisture, while also repairing it from the seasonal elements.
What are facials oils and why are they beneficial?
Facial oils are rich in nutrients, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants that work in harmony to protect your skin layer, also known as the lipid barrier. They add a temporary layer of protection to your skin and lock in essential hydration. Facial oils are beneficial for all skin types — even those with oily skin! The key, however, is finding oils that work best for your skin type and concerns.

1) FACE. Mix 1-2 drops of oil into your favorite cream for a match made in hydration heaven. You can also pump the oil directly into your palms if you'd prefer to not pump directly into your jar.
Tip: For a dewy glow, apply oil on your face before applying your foundation.
2) HAIR. If your ends are feeling dry, protect and condition strands by rubbing 1-2 pumps of oil into hands and applying to your hair.
Tip: Avoid roots and instead focus on your ends working your way up to avoid a greasy look.
3) BODY. Nourish and soften rough spots on your body such as your elbows, hands, heels, and cuticles. Apply 1-2 pumps of oil for moisturized, rejuvenated skin.
Tip: Stash a favorite beauty oil in your purse so you can moisturize on-the-go!
